Key Responsibilities
●Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment agencies.
●Post job openings and manage applicant flow effectively.
●Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
●Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
●Maintain and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Follow-up Management System (FMS).
●Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
●Support junior team members in recruitment drives and related projects.
●Prepare recruitment reports and assist with HR operations and compliance tasks.
●Actively participate in employee engagement and other corporate HR activities.
Skills Required
●Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
●Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
●Highly organized and detail-oriented with time management abilities.
●Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS systems.
●Capable of handling multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
