Overview

🔧 Key Responsibilities


Drive sales like it actually matters — because it does.

Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.

Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach.

Achieve monthly sales targets and push for steady growth.

Handle order booking, follow-ups, and coordination with operations/logistics.

Track competitor activity and share insights with management.

Ensure product visibility at outlets and maintain merchandising standards.

Take charge of customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/Excel sheets.

Work closely with marketing and supply teams to streamline demand and supply.


✔️ Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of sales experience (Food industry preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to hustle with discipline — not chaos.

Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools.

Field-ready mindset with a grip on Delhi market dynamics.
