Position: CFO
Location: Sonipat, Haryana
Salary: Up to 40 LPA (Depending on interview )
Responsibility
* In-depth experience of IPO / Private Equity or Fundraising from an external source.
* Forecasting Budget, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations.
* Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders.
* Overseeing Transactions related to the general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting.
* Leading financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, and creating and maintaining budgeting tools.
• Audit financial transactions and documents of Startups.
* Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support the startup’s growth.
* Hands-on experience with accounting software.
