Position: Sales Manager

📍 Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi

🕒 Experience: 4+ Years

💰 Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Drive primary and secondary sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Build and sustain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.

Identify new markets and growth opportunities in assigned territories.

Handle order booking, follow-ups, and coordination with operations/logistics teams.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report insights to management.

Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards in the market.

Resolve customer queries and complaints with ownership, not excuses.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using CRM/Excel.

Work closely with marketing and supply teams to balance demand and supply.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience.

Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

Disciplined approach to field sales and team coordination.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and basic CRM tools.

Deep understanding of local market dynamics around Moti Nagar/Delhi.
