Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and clients
Communicate fluently in English

Maintain call records and update the CRM system

Fluency in English (mandatory)
Basic communication skills in Hindi/English
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in Peeragarhi, Delhi
