Key Responsibilities:
* Work confidently on Advanced Excel
* Handle GST-related tasks
* Maintain daily financial records in Tally
* Record accurate journal entries (sales, purchases, expenses, payments, receipts)
* Process vendor bills & track payments
* Prepare customer invoices & follow up on dues
* Reconcile vendor & customer accounts
* Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
* Manage petty cash & maintain cash book
* Track daily bank transactions
* Prepare salary sheets & reimbursement records
* Create MIS reports as needed
* Coordinate with vendors, clients & internal teams for billing/payment
