CTC Range: Upto 35K ( Depend on Interview )
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and validate Manpower Requisition Forms (MRFs) from departments as per approved structure and budget.
Source CVs for white-collar positions only for corporate office and plant staff.
Post job openings on Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other relevant job portals.
Actively screen and shortlist CVs based on job requirements and competency fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with departmental heads and interview panels.
Conduct preliminary HR discussions where required.
Prepare and issue offer letters as per the approved compensation structure.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring status reports.
Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and internal hiring processes.
Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements.
