Function: Human Resources- Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - HR / PMS & Employee (Female)
Location: Sonipat, Haryana
Experience: 4–6 Years
CTC Range: Upto 50K ( Depend on Interview )
Performance Management System (PMS)
Drive complete PMS cycles including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and closure.
Coordinate with department heads for formulation and review of KRAs / KPIs.
Ensure adherence to PMS timelines and quality of evaluations.
Facilitate performance discussions, rating calibration, and normalization.
Prepare PMS analytics and reports for management decision-making.
Support linkage of PMS outcomes with increments, promotions, and development plans.
Training Need Analysis & Training Programs
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) based on Competence Mapping and PMS outcomes, skill gaps, business needs, and plant requirements.
Identify technical, behavioral, functional, and leadership training needs for corporate and plant staff.
Design annual Training Calendars aligned with organizational priorities.
Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning interventions.
Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessment, and post-training evaluation.
Maintain training records, reports, and learning MIS.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives across locations.
Conduct engagement surveys, focus group discussions, and feedback sessions.
Organize employee connect programs, recognition schemes, and cultural activities.
Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvement actions.
