Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities.

Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with standards.

Manage manpower, allocate tasks, and supervise shop-floor operations.

Coordinate with maintenance, purchase, and quality teams.

Improve production efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize resources.

Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation.

Ensure adherence to SOPs and implement process improvements.
