Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support:
* Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements., booking
flights, accommodation itineraries.
* Handle confidential correspondence, reports, phone calls, and prepare presentations in
a professional manner.
* Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external
stakeholders.
* Organise and maintain office files, records, and documents (Both Digital and
Physical)
* Manage office Budgets, expenses, and imprest.
* Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for board meetings and other key meetings.
* Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
* Coordinate facility maintenance and office safety protocols.
* Organize events, conferences, and engagements as required.
