Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily production operations for biscuit manufacturing

Plan and execute production schedules to meet demand and minimize downtime

Monitor quality control, hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI and industry standards

Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and packaging teams

Drive process improvements, wastage reduction, and cost control initiatives

Ensure proper functioning of machinery and preventive maintenance schedules

Lead and train a team of line supervisors, operators, and floor staff

Maintain production reports, yield analysis, and stock consumption data
