Position: Senior HR Manager

Location: Rai & Kundli, Sonipat

Salary: Up to 12 LPA

Industry Preference: Garment Manufacturing

Experience: 8 to 12 years (preferred in the garment industry)

Job Description:

Lead and manage the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training & development, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.

Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and drive talent management initiatives.

Handle grievance management, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and retention activities.

Collaborate closely with department heads to understand manpower needs and support business growth.

Drive HR audits, salary structuring, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.).

Implement organizational culture, HR best practices, and continuous improvement processes.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR operations in a manufacturing setup, preferably in the garment/textile sector.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with HR software and systems.
