Key Responsibilities:
- Impeccable record keeping for multiple entities as well as filing, storage & retrieval of business and personal activities
- Daily executive assistant tasks such as arranging Client and Conference calls, recording and documenting meeting minutes and initiating follow-ups as required
- Compose and prepare correspondence to Clients, Government entities, Lawyers, Auction Houses, Suppliers & Artists as per the Director's instructions
- Provide sophisticated calendar management, keeping the Directors well informed of upcoming commitments, meetings and responsibilities, while following up appropriately so as to meet timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the Chairman, thereby effectively acting as a liaison to the Chairman
- Assisting with special project documents, reports, and presentations; working closely with other teams to collect and prepare the required information.
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization
