Profile - Head of Operation

Salary - 25 LPA to 30 LPA (Depend on Interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Management:
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Monitor and adjust processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in production and service delivery.

Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
Oversee procurement, inventory control, and logistics for raw materials, products, and furniture items.
Establish relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and cost management.

Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and manage the operations team, including warehouse staff, logistics, and inventory management personnel.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team members’ growth and high performance.

Production Oversight:
Manage the production process, ensuring that home furnishing items meet quality standards, cost goals, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with design and product development teams to ensure new items are produced efficiently.

Process Optimization and Efficiency:
Continuously evaluate operational workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Implement process improvements to reduce waste, enhance quality, and optimize resource utilization.
