Job Description:

1. Responsible for complete manufacturing operations of both the unit (Stainless Steel Products)
2. PPC management – Improvement in PPC planning (KRA would be to reduce the shipment lead times)
3. Ensure Unit production targets are achieved on daily basis/shift basis.
4. Improve production output per machine/manpower.
5. Improve overall quality levels to achieve zero complaints.
6. Establish process driven operations (Development and implementation of SOP’s for every single operations /activities in the plant).
7. Manpower rationalization.
8. Inventory rationalization and management
9. Supply Chain management
10. Oversee New product development and production expansion activities.
11. Costing / pricing validation for all enquiries with the support of costing department.
12. Design and implement new project – Cookware, Sinks and Fabrication line.
13. Develop organization and operation capabilities
14. Improve the bottom-line of manufacturing units.
