Profile - Plant HR Head
Location - Sonipat

Salary - Up to 18 LPA (based on interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete HR operations for the plant, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Factory Act and Labor Act.
Develop, implement, and monitor the Performance Management System (PMS) to drive employee performance and organizational growth.
Manage labor relations, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and fostering a harmonious work environment.
Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to meet workforce requirements.
Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Maintain proper documentation and reports related to statutory compliances, audits, and HR processes.
Collaborate with management to design and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure workplace safety, employee welfare, and compliance with industrial health standards.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Factory Act and Labor Act.
Expertise in implementing and managing PMS processes.
Proven track record in handling HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field (preferred).
