Profile – Sales Coordinator
Location – Rai, Sonipat
Experience - 4+ Years
Salary - Upto 40K (Depend on Interview)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
* Coordinate and follow up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and deliveries.
* Maintain and update sales records, CRM databases, and reports.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, including logistics and operations, to ensure smooth order processing.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
* Track and report sales performance metrics to the management.
* Support in organizing and scheduling meetings or events related to sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* A team player with a customer-centric approach.
