Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Budgeting and Forecasting

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor and report variances between actual and budgeted figures.
Cost Analysis and Management

Analyze manufacturing costs, including material, labor, and overhead.
Develop cost-saving strategies to improve profitability.
Accounts Payable/Receivable

Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Reconcile accounts and ensure timely transactions.
Taxation and Compliance

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
Inventory Accounting

Maintain and reconcile inventory records.
Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate reporting of stock levels.
Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Ensure the team meets deadlines and maintains high-quality standards.
ERP System Management

Work with ERP systems for accounting and financial reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements.
