Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Oversee all technical operations, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Process Optimization:

Evaluate and improve existing printing processes and workflows.
Introduce and integrate advanced technologies to maintain industry competitiveness.
Team Management:

Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Conduct training programs to ensure technical skill enhancement.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Implement quality control measures at all production stages.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with clients, vendors, and other departments to ensure project success.
Provide technical expertise in client discussions and new project planning.
Budgeting and Resource Management:

Plan and manage budgets for technical operations.
Optimize resource allocation to meet production deadlines.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of printing processes.
Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
