Profile - Control and Instrumentation Technician
Location - Jaipur
Preferred Industry- Power plant preferred
Experience - 4 years +
Salary - Upto 5.5 LPA (Depends on interview )

Requirements
1. Maintenance and Calibration: Ensuring the proper functioning of control systems, instruments, and
equipment by performing routine maintenance and calibration tasks. Knowledge of host communication.
2. Troubleshooting: Identifying and diagnosing issues with control systems, instrumentation, and process
equipment, and implementing effective solutions to resolve problems.
3. Installation and Upgrades: Installing, configuring, and upgrading control systems, instrumentation
devices, and sensors to improve efficiency and accuracy.
4. Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all control and instrumentation systems meet safety standards and
regulations to prevent accidents and hazards.
5. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, calibration procedures, and
equipment specifications.
6. Testing and Validation: Conducting tests and validation procedures to verify the accuracy and reliability
of instrumentation systems.
7. Collaboration: Working closely with engineers, operators, and other team members to optimize control
and instrumentation systems for improved process control.
8. Emergency Response: Responding to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or system
malfunctions, to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
9. Training: Providing training to operators and maintenance personnel on the proper use and
maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
10. Technology Integration: Staying updated on the latest advancements in control and instrumentation
technology to recommend and implement improvements in the systems.
11. Calibration and Measurement: Ensuring that measurement devices such as pressure gauges,
temperature sensors, and flow meters are accurate and meet industry standards.
12. Data Analysis: Analyzing data from control systems and instruments to identify trends, inefficiencies,
and opportunities for process optimization.
