Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Management:
Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for pumps and hydraulic systems.
Ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability of equipment.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in pumps, motors, and hydraulic components.
Perform on-site repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
Hydraulic System Expertise:
Analyze hydraulic circuits and recommend solutions for performance improvement.
Monitor hydraulic fluid levels, pressure, and system efficiency.
Installation and Commissioning:
Oversee the installation and commissioning of pumps and related equipment.
Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards during setup.
Performance Optimization:
Identify areas for efficiency improvement in hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Recommend and implement upgrades to enhance equipment reliability and reduce energy consumption.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and repair logs.
Provide regular reports to management with insights and improvement plans.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities.
Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments.
Vendor and Spare Parts Management:
Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of spare parts and maintenance tools.
Maintain inventory levels of critical components for efficient repairs.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience :
10+ years in maintenance engineering, with at least 5 years in the pump or hydraulic systems industry.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, and motors.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools, maintenance software, and advanced repair techniques.
Skills:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in maintenance software and ERP systems.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with centrifugal, submersible, and reciprocating pumps.
Knowledge of energy-efficient hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with industry safety standards and compliance requirements.
