Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Develop and execute a robust business development strategy tailored to the power industry, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the power sector.
Manage existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive the sales process from initiation through to contract negotiation and closure.
Work to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.
Proposal & Presentation Development:
Develop and present compelling business proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
Lead the preparation of RFPs, bid documents, and contracts with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align on strategic initiatives.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and sales projections.
Networking & Brand Building:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand.
Act as a representative of the company to build a positive image and strengthen the company's market presence
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong knowledge of the power industry and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
