Key Responsibilities:
Process & Disposal Management:

Oversee and manage solid waste processing and disposal operations.
Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
Transportation & Collection:

Manage transportation and collection processes, ensuring timely and efficient waste collection.
Optimize logistics to reduce costs and improve service efficiency.
Operations Management:

Implement process improvements and best practices in plant operations.
Monitor KPIs to ensure high operational efficiency.
Project Management:

Lead and manage end-to-end waste management projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Liaison & Compliance:

Coordinate with government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Represent the company in audits and inspections.
Team Management & Training:

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
Conduct training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.
Financial Management:

Manage budgeting and revenue for operations.
Track billing and revenue generation to ensure profitability.
Supply Chain & Procurement:

Oversee procurement of materials and equipment required for plant operations.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.
