Age Range - 40 or above
Highest Qualification/Specific Certification - B.Tech in Civil

Responsibilities -

* Office building renovation, construction of Boundary wall, PEB store building, Metering room,
* Security guard room and 11 kv switch yard and other civil-related works at site.
* Execution of soil investigation & levelling grading.
* Coordinate with Client, contractors & third-party vendors to conduct the required field marking & tests and follow up for the test results reports.
* Planning &Scheduling for the civil works and follow up with contractors to complete the civil work at Site.
* Making WPR reports on weekly progress of civil works.
* Contractor RA & final bill checking as per drawings & authorization as per PO/WO.
* Making of BOQ & BBS asper drawings for civil works and ensuring availability of Material & manpower at site for smooth work progress.
* To Ensure Quality work with quality procedure method for civil works at site.
* Making and implementation of check list like pour card, QA/QC, FQAP, DPR, MPR, three months rolling plan for civil works.
* Construction management Training for civil GET.
* Ensuring safety working procedures as required at site.
* Water sample testing done for STP.
