Profile   -  Admin Executive 

Location  -   Bahadurgarh 

Preferred Industry - Pharma / FMCG

Experience  - 1 year +

Salary -  Upto 22k  (Depends on Interview)


Key Responsibilities:


Office Administration:

Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient functioning.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.


Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Handle and organize company documents, files, and records.

Prepare and maintain administrative and financial reports.

Manage employee attendance records and leave documentation.


Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with various departments to support operational requirements.

Act as the point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Facilitate internal communication and scheduling, including meetings.


Support to Management:

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.

Provide administrative support to senior management.

Handle sensitive information confidentially.


Compliance and Policies:

Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Assist with HR-related tasks as needed, such as employee onboarding.
