Job Description
1. Attend Inbound Queries, Requests, or Complaints over Calls
2. Make Outbound Calls as required for Queries, Request or Complaint Resolution
3. Make Outbound Calls for Welcoming the Customer on board
4. Make Outbound Calls for Payment Demands / Reminders, Collection of Dues
5. Address Customer Queries, provide information, offer solutions to resolve requests or complaints effectively and promptly
6. Listen attentively to requests or complaints, empathize with their concerns and take appropriate steps to resolve the requests or complaints effectively & efficiently, ensuring that solutions are satisfactory and in line with company policies
7. Escalate complex problems to Sr. CSA or Team Leader or Management if necessary
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including the details of inquiries, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken
9. Provide customers with a positive and personalized experience, promoting customer loyalty and retention

Quantity - Customer interactions made over inbound or outbound calls
Job Knowledge – Effective, Efficient and Accurate resolution of customer Queries, Request or Complaints
Customer Centricity - Appreciation mails / calls received from customers for efficient and effective handling of Queries, Requests or Complaints
Reporting & Analysis - Accuracy of recording customer interactions and sharing its feedback/analysis to identify trends and address any areas for improvement
Teamwork & Collaboration - Share customer insights with pears and new joiners to support development and participation in training sessions for continuous improvement
Compliance & Documentation - Accurately documenting all customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies and regulations
Profile Background
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in hospitality or business
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Good Knowledge of Excel, Word and CRM Tools
