Job Title     - Channel Sales Relationship Manager

Location     - Noida Sector 62

Experience - 3+ Years 

Salary         - ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month

Job Description

1. Facilitate the onboarding process for team members of channel partners and ensure they are well-versed with the company's processes

2. Provide continuous support to channel partners, addressing their needs of marketing materials or any other requirements and resolving any issues they may encounter

3. Provide continuous support to channel partners in sales presentations to prospects and effectively collaborate with the objective of closing sales

4. Effectively supplement channel partners team to comply with documentation & collection in line with the company policies

5. Gather feedback from partners and their clients to identify and suggest areas for improvement

6. Manage escalations effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution

7. Collaborate and coordinate with CSTL for a smooth and efficient execution of Logins / Letters / BBA's / Possession / Transfer / Cancellations / Requests / Complaints resolution

Key Result Areas

Efficiency - Customer Cases handled for Login / Letters / BBA's / Possession / Transfer / Cancellations within TAT

Job Knowledge - Effective, Efficient and Accurate resolution of customer Queries, Request or Complaints within TAT

Customer Centricity - Appreciation mails / calls received from customers for efficient and effective handling of Queries, Requests or Complaints

Reporting & Analysis - Accuracy of recording customer interactions and sharing its feedback/analysis to identify trends and address any areas for improvement

Teamwork & Collaboration - Share customer insights with CS Team and Management for continuous process improvement

Compliance & Documentation - Accurately documenting all customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies and regulations

Profile Background

Bachelor’s degree preferably in hospitality or business

3+ years of experience in sales support or sales operation function for Relationships Management - preferably from financial services/luxury retail / real estate 

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional sales & customer handling skills, training & relationship management skills

Excellent Knowledge of Excel, Word and CRM Tools
