Job Description
1. Ensuring accuracy and correctness of details provided in Enrolment Form and KYC Documents to be satisfactory and in line with company policies
2. Follow up with Customer / Channel Partner to reconfirm details in case of any deficiency in Booking Form, KYC details, Inventory Details, Payment Plan
3. Login / Booking of Customer KYC details, Inventory Details & Payment Plan in ERP with accuracy
4. Generation, printing and despatch / Emails of Welcome Letter / Allotment Letter / Receipts / Demand & Reminder Letters / Interest / Delay Penalty / Statement of Account
5. Accurate and Error free Preparation & Printing of BBA
6. Filing and properly maintaining documents in respective customer files throughout the entire Customer Life Cycle
7. Ensuring smooth and seamless execution of Possession / Transfer / Cancellation Process to be satisfactory and in line with company policies
8. Address Customer Queries / Requests / Complaints and offer solutions to resolve the concern effectively and promptly ensuring that solutions provided are satisfactory and in line with company policies
9. Escalate complex problems to Team Leader or Management if necessary
10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions [Emails, Calls or Letters] including the details of inquiries, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken
11. Provide customers with a positive and personalised experience, promoting customer loyalty and retention

Job Knowledge - Effective, Efficient and Accurate resolution of customer Queries, Request or Complaints
Customer Centricity - Appreciation mails / calls received from customers for efficient and effective handling of Queries, Requests or Complaints
Reporting & Analysis - Accuracy of recording customer interactions and sharing its feedback/analysis to identify trends and address any areas for improvement
Teamwork & Collaboration - Share customer insights with pears and new joiners to support development and participation in training sessions for continuous improvement
Compliance & Documentation - Accurately documenting all customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies and regulations
Profile Background
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in hospitality or business
• 4+ years of experience in backend &/or frontline customer support function - preferably from financial services / real estate
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills and documentation
• Strong Working Knowledge of Excel, Word, and CRM Tools
