Profile –  Supervisor

Preferred Industry - Gems & Jewellery 

Location –  South Extension

Salary - 20k to 30k 

Office timing - 10:30 to 8 PM 

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.

* Assist in setting sales goals and implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.

* Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and maintain an organized store layout.

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.

* Train and mentor new staff, ensuring they understand product knowledge and company policies.

* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

* Collaborate with store management to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
