Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Karol Bagh
Experience: 2 Years
Salary: Up to 30k (Depends on Interview)
Timing: 11 am to 8 pm
Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, and other documents.
* Answer phones, route calls, and handle messages.
* Basic bookkeeping and corporate record management.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Drive.
* Research and prepare documents for executives and meetings.
* Record meeting minutes and assist with scheduling.
* Greet visitors and manage access to executives.
* Use software for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Handle travel arrangements and general administrative tasks.
* Manage correspondence and office supplies.
