Salary -   18 LPA to 20 LPA  (Depend on Interview)

Experience - 15 years +

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.

* Oversee all aspects of the cookware division, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations. 

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.

* Ensure high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

* Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet company goals.

* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.

* Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.

* Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
