Qualification - M.Pharm, M.Sc

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available for production and distribution.

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.

Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the stores.

Conduct regular audits of inventory and storage conditions.

Monitor and report on stock levels and movements.

Train and supervise store personnel.

Skills and Competencies

Proven experience in inventory management and stores operations.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
