Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management:
Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s mission and objectives.
Align HR policies and programs with business goals.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
Implement talent management programs, including training and development, succession planning, and career pathing.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Ensure continuous feedback and development of employees.
Compensation and Benefits:
Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Compliance and Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
HR Analytics:
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Provide regular reports to senior management on HR-related metrics.
