Key Responsibilities

* Operations Management:

Oversee and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met consistently.
* Safety and Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry standards.
* Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
* Strategic Planning

Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation and control costs.
* Continuous Improvement

Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence.
Utilize lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
* Stakeholder Management

Liaise with senior management, suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure effective communication and alignment with organizational goals.
