Profile – Store Manager

Experience – 3 to 5 years

Responsibilities –

* Managing and supervising store staff, including training and performance evaluations.
* Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers for timely restocking.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Implementing strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
* Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing regular reports.
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
