Profile – Production Manager 

Preferred Industry - Pharma 

Location – Bahadurgarh, HR 

Salary -  Up to 8 LPA 

Experience – MIN 10 years; Min 2 years in USFDA plant 

Qualification - M.pharma, M.sc 

Key Responsibilities

* Planned, coordinated, and controlled the manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, and within quality standards.

* Monitor production schedules, workflows, and staffing requirements to meet production targets.

* Implement and enforce safety and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

* Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

* Manage and develop the production team, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.

* Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

* Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for senior management.

* Proven experience in a production management role within the pharmaceutical industry.

* Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements.
