Location – Bahadurgarh, HR 

Salary -  6 LPA to 8 LPA 

Experience –  7 to 10 years

Qualification - M.pharma, M.sc 

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient and effective support to all departments.

* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.

* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

* Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

* Supervise and support administrative staff, providing training and development opportunities.

* Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.

* Handle correspondence, mail distribution, and other administrative tasks.

* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for senior management.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in office management software and tools.

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
