*Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and procedures.
Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and documentation.
*Personnel Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Handle confidential personnel information with discretion and confidentiality.
*Compliance and Regulation:
Stay informed about and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant standards.
Assist in conducting audits related to HR processes and compliance.
*Time and Attendance:
Oversee the tracking of employee attendance and time records.
Process time-off requests and maintain accurate records.
*HR Reporting:
Generate and analyze HR-related reports, providing insights to management.
Assist in preparing data for audits and compliance reporting.
*Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
Support career development initiatives within the organization.
*HR Communication:
Facilitate effective communication between HR and employees.
Assist in the dissemination of HR-related information and updates.
