Analyze volume of repairs by store on a monthly basis

*  Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications

*  Sell after market products to dealership customers

*  Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person

*  Ensure customers are 100% satisfied

*  Inspect all vehicles prior to delivery and explain and demonstrate operation of all current equipment

*  Make appointments for customers to have accessories installed

*  Work with vendors to ensure good pricing and service

*  Work with Service and Parts Managers to ensure good communication and working relationships between departments

*  Follow dealership guidelines for sale of accessories
